PHYX Productions, LLC ("PHYXTV," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PHYXTV streaming platform, available at phyx.tv and through related websites, mobile applications, smart TV applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you access or use our Services.
For purposes of applicable data protection laws, PHYX Productions, LLC is the "data controller" of personal information collected in connection with the Services. Our contact details are provided in Section 19 below.

- Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

- Certain information may persist in backups for a limited period before being permanently deleted
- Information that has been shared publicly (e.g., chat messages in recorded streams) may remain visible even after account deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, OR THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIRED IN YOUR JURISDICTION IF OLDER THAN 13, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES.
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the minimum age, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. If you connect a third-party service to your PHYXTV account (e.g., a social login), you authorize us to access and use certain information from that service in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can disconnect linked services through your account settings at any time.
13. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States or in any other country where we or our service providers maintain facilities. If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms recognized under applicable data protection laws.
14. Do Not Track
Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to or honor DNT signals. We will continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and update our practices accordingly.
You can use the opt-out tools described in Section 6 to manage interest-based advertising preferences.
15. Email Communications
When you create an account, you may receive the following types of email communications:
- Transactional emails: Account verification, password resets, security alerts, billing receipts, and service notifications. These are essential to the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
- Promotional emails: New features, product updates, recommendations, and marketing communications. You may opt out at any timeby clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email or updating your notification preferences in your account settings.
Opting out of promotional emails will not affect your receipt of transactional or security-related communications.
16. Business Transitions
In the event that PHYX Productions, LLC undergoes a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Services.
